Here are some tips for renewing your Volunteer Alberta membership:
1. On the left side of the page, you will find the Login/Password fields
2. Enter the email address that you used to sign up for 2012, as well as the password
3. If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘forget password’ link and follow the instructions
4. Once you are logged in, choose ‘View Profile’ on the left side of the page
5. This will bring up your profile; click the ‘Renew until 1 January 2014’ button
6. Follow the instructions from there and update your profile
7. You will be asked to A) pay online or B) pay manually (cheque)
8. If you select A, you will be directed to the PayPal website where you can either pay by credit card. You do not need a PayPal account
9. If you select B, you will receive an emailed invoice with payment details
10. Once we have received your payment, your Volunteer Alberta Membership application is complete.
